Prof. Ir. Suyono Dikun, M.Sc., Ph.D. is a retired Professor of Transportation and Infrastructure Policy and Management at the University of Indonesia. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Indonesia, completed postgraduate studies in Highway and Traffic Engineering at Bandung Institute of Technology, received an M.Sc. in Transportation Engineering from the University of Wisconsin–Madison (1984), and obtained his Ph.D. in Transportation System Planning (1988).
Since 1993, Prof. Dikun has played a key role in Indonesia’s national infrastructure and regional development policies through the National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas), overseeing transportation, regional development, infrastructure planning, and economic sectors. He also contributed significantly to major national initiatives, including the 2005 Infrastructure Summit, the 2006 Indonesia Infrastructure Conference, and the development of Indonesia’s Infrastructure Policy Package.
Prof. Dikun has represented Indonesia in numerous national and international forums, served as Chairman of the Indonesia Transport Society (1995–2003), and is an active member of several professional organizations in transportation and project management. He is the author of Indonesia Infrastructure: Before, During, and After the Crisis and has published more than 200 articles, research papers, and technical publications on transportation and infrastructure.
Dr. Ir. Albert Eddy Husin, M.T. is a lecturer, researcher, and construction management professional specializing in Construction Management, with a strong focus on Green Construction and Sustainable Infrastructure. He earned both his Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Indonesia.
His expertise includes infrastructure management, construction management, green construction, and green infrastructure research and development. Throughout his career, he has actively contributed to teaching, research, academic supervision, professional conferences, and collaborative institutional initiatives. He is committed to advancing sustainable construction practices and promoting innovation, education, and knowledge sharing within the engineering and construction communities.

Prof. Dr. Ir. Tommy Ilyas, M.Eng. is an Indonesian academic and engineering professional with extensive experience in higher education, engineering research, and industry collaboration. Throughout his career, he has made significant contributions to advancing engineering education, technological innovation, and research development.
Holding the highest academic rank of Professor, he earned a Doctoral degree in engineering-related studies and a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.), while the professional title Ir. reflects his qualification as a certified engineer.
His areas of expertise include engineering and industrial systems, engineering management, technology development, innovation, and higher education. He has been actively engaged in university teaching, academic leadership, research supervision, engineering consultancy, and collaborative projects between academia and industry.
Prof. Tommy Ilyas has contributed extensively through scientific publications in national and international journals, presentations at engineering seminars and conferences, curriculum development, and the promotion of research partnerships that strengthen the integration of academic knowledge with industrial practice.

Amb. M. Wahid Supriyadi is an Indonesian diplomat and senior government official with extensive experience in international relations, diplomacy, and public administration. Throughout his distinguished career, he has played a significant role in strengthening Indonesia’s bilateral and multilateral partnerships, promoting economic diplomacy, and advancing the country’s interests on the global stage.
He has held a number of strategic positions within Indonesia’s foreign service, representing the Republic of Indonesia in high-level diplomatic engagements and international forums. His professional expertise spans foreign policy, government relations, international communication, and cross-border cooperation, with a strong focus on fostering trade, investment, cultural exchange, and strategic collaboration.
Over the course of his career, Ambassador Wahid Supriyadi has contributed to enhancing Indonesia’s global engagement, facilitating international dialogue, and supporting collaborative initiatives between governments, institutions, and international stakeholders.
In recognition of his contributions to international relations, he was appointed Visiting Professor for Introductory Relations by Tomsk State University, Russia, in 2018.
